IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE UK DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN WRITING WITHIN THIS 7 DAY PERIOD WHICH STARTS FROM THE DAY AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE ORDER.

LIQUAVAPE HOPE YOU WILL BE 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE BUT IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY YOU CAN RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. GOODS SHOULD BE RETURNED IN A RE- SALEABLE CONDITION IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNOPENED AND RELEVENT SEALS INTACT.

PROVIDING THE GOODS ARE SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AND UPON RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM/S WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND LESS THE ORIGINAL/STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE.

WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND WITHIN 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS OF US RECEIVING THE GOODS USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD AS WAS ORIGINALLY USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 TO 5DAYS, IT CAN TAKE LONGER THAN THIS FOR THE FUNDS TO RETURN TO YOUR ACCOUNT; THIS IS DUE TO BANK PROCESSING TIMES WHICH CAN VARY BETWEEN BANKS.
